With authorities seriously struggling to handled the increased crowds seeking a darshan at Tirupathi, a new proposal of limiting an individual’s darshan of Tirumala Venkateshwara to once every 3 months has now been mooted. The Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam (TTD) governing committee which met on Friday discussed thsi proposal. If the the TTD says yes to this proposal, there might be passes issued based on this rationing formula.

TTD has been struggling to deal with a huge increase in the number of devotees seeking the Lord’s blessings and a serious water shortage has also emerged making the servicing of devotees extremely difficult.
