Today, another shocking fact has come to light in Mining kingpin Gali Janardhan Reddy’s “Bail For Sale” scam. Gali Janardhan is said to have made an incredible 100 Crore bribe offer to Judge Naga Maruti Sharma. Naga Maruti Sharma who was the judge in the CBI court handling Gali’s illegal mining case was on leave and another Judge Pattabhi eventually granted bail after alleged receiving a massive bribe. The ACB has been investigating this case and Judge Pattibha is in jail.

Another judge Lakhsmi Narasimha Rao who is now in jail for acting as a middle man in the deal has revealed this offer and the subsequent rejection by Sharma in a written confession to the ACB.

Judge Naga Maruti Sharma is now not with the CBI court having been transferred to the demolitions case special court.
